Eleventh Hour–the funding request has been approved and nine people have agreed to serve on the editorial board. Our first meeting is later this week, where we make all the fun decisions regarding how we evaluate submissions, aesthetics, and of course, who will do what on a daily basis. The goal is to have the first issue ready by winter.
